According to a PwC study, effective supply chain management plays a key role in improving operational reliability and risk management, particularly during periods of uncertainty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PetterSteel has worked closely with its logistics partner Kaukokiito for many years and is one of the company\u2019s key customers. Our shared development theme is \u201cDelivered Intact, Delivered on Time\u201d, with an ambitious goal: nothing less than 100% delivery reliability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Supply Chain Resilience Creates a Competitive Advantage<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to PwC\u2019s report, companies that invest in supply chain management and proactive planning are better equipped to respond quickly to market disruptions and changing customer needs. This is particularly relevant in the construction industry, where even a minor delivery delay can have a significant impact on an entire project schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At PetterSteel, improving delivery reliability has long been one of our strategic priorities. Earlier this year, we once again held a development meeting with Kaukokiito, where we analyzed the efficiency of the logistics chain, identified areas for improvement, and planned new operating models. Our shared objective is clear: materials must arrive on site at exactly the right time\u2014precisely when they are needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>Delivery Reliability Improvements Reflected in the Numbers<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improving delivery reliability is not just a strategic objective\u2014it is already delivering measurable results:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2023: 90.2% delivery reliability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2024: 93.5% delivery reliability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">January 2025: 97.6% delivery reliability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are systematically progressing towards our goal of 100% delivery reliability through continuous process improvement.
