To meet this demand, PetterSteel has acquired a Salvagnini automated bending system, enabling the efficient production of fa\u00e7ade cassettes with significantly less manual work.<\/p>\n<p>This investment allows us to serve our customers faster and with greater flexibility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u201cThe automated bending system increases our production capacity and further improves the quality of our fa\u00e7ade cassettes. At the same time, it frees up other production equipment for the manufacture of additional sheet metal products. The growing capacity of our factory, combined with more highly engineered and increasingly installation-ready flashing products, is taking our customer experience to a whole new level,\u201d says Petteri Heimonen, CEO of PetterSteel.<\/p>\n<h3>A Natural Continuation of Our Strategy<\/h3>\n<p>The investment in the automated bending system is a natural continuation of the automatic cutting line that was introduced two years ago. These equipment investments are driven by PetterSteel\u2019s new strategy, which places customer experience at its core.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are moving forward strongly in line with our strategy. We have carried out long-term development work that is now beginning to gain real traction in the market. That gave us the confidence to invest in new equipment even in challenging times like these. Fast and flexible service has always been one of the cornerstones of our business, and now we are able to deliver products to our customers faster than anyone else in the market,\u201d says Heimonen.<\/p>\n<p>Installation of the new machine is currently underway, and commissioning will take place during the summer.
