PetterSteel Enhances Its Cassette Production with an Automated Bending System
PetterSteel has invested in an automated bending system that enables us to manufacture high-quality façade cassettes for our customers more efficiently than ever before.
Demand for façade cassettes has grown rapidly in recent years. To meet this demand, PetterSteel has acquired a Salvagnini automated bending system, enabling the efficient production of façade cassettes with significantly less manual work.
This investment allows us to serve our customers faster and with greater flexibility.

At the same time, it frees up other production equipment for the manufacture of additional sheet metal products. A Natural Continuation of Our Strategy
The investment in the automated bending system is a natural continuation of the automatic cutting line that was introduced two years ago. These equipment investments are driven by PetterSteel’s new strategy, which places customer experience at its core.

Installation of the new machine is currently underway, and commissioning will take place during the summer. Production is scheduled to begin in early autumn as planned.
