The ease of installing NOPPEE™ products has impressed PetterSteel’s Lead Installer, Tomi Iso-Mustajärvi.
“They are fast and easy to install. And the finished result is exceptionally neat,” says Iso-Mustajärvi.
Iso-Mustajärvi has been installing NOPPEE™ products since last autumn, including RAIJA eaves flashings at the S-market in Korpilahti and Tokmanni in Pälkäne, as well as the OLIVIA door flashing system at the Sulkavuori wastewater treatment plant.
“Installation-ready sheet metal products reduce installation time by roughly half. With overlaps and fixing holes already prepared, all that remains is to position the product and fasten it in place,” says Iso-Mustajärvi.
Any doubts quickly disappeared
The installer, who has worked at PetterSteel for a year and a half, admits that he had his own reservations when installation-ready sheet metal products first arrived on site.
“To be honest, I wondered what this was all about. But I quickly realized that these products genuinely work. I believe solutions like these are the future of construction in general.”
PetterSteel’s goal is to improve construction efficiency through more highly engineered sheet metal products and professional sheet metal services.
Neat Results Without Sheet Metal Shears
From an installer’s perspective, one of the biggest advantages is that sheet metal shears are no longer needed on site.
“That alone saves a lot of time. The factory-made cuts are so clean that nobody could achieve the same result by hand. And there’s no sheet metal scrap left behind either.”
The NOPPEE™ product family has also been expanded with the ELSA element joint profile and the TARU thermal support system. More products are currently in development.
